Summer Solstice 6/21/08

The protocol for sessions: "Ask questions from a positive place. Shift from a negative stance to a positive stance... always, always, always. It's critical at this time that everyone comes from a positive stance instead of a negative stance -- what to look forward to rather then what to avoid...what to walk towards rather then what to walk away from. Those are the kind of approaches you want to use. It is crucial right now. The more you can stay in a positive frame, the more easily you will maintain your frequency and the vibration that's crucial for all of you to stand in the light to do your work as light workers...to be a source for others...to be a beacon of light for others. Let us make it very clear; every person in this room is a beacon. Yes, Karen has that on her website and she has been working on that for years, but that doesn't take away that every single one of you have been on this path for a reason. There are a lot of people on this planet in a very negative space, that has to shift by 2012 or they will go to a different dimension.

Every one is a Light. Whether you are a Light for your family, for your children, for your place of business, for anybody you cross paths with, or anyone who is a "contradiction". There will be lots of people who will get in your face. They won't know how to be comfortable around this energy. If you let them pull you down, you break the grid. The Indigos have been creating a spiritual grid of consciousness, and it use to be, that you could drop to a compassionate place and you could talk to a person in a compassionate stance to lift them out of frustration or negativity. You can no longer do that. Every time someone drops from the grid to a compassionate place, they dilute the effect of the grid. It's critical you maintain the strength and integrity of the grid right now. Yes, the frequencies are getting severe. The differential between the people in the intense grid space is going to be a greater differential. You have to, have to, have to allow people to bottom out. Every single person in this room has reached a point of being sick and tired of being sick and tired and they have had enough. You have to allow others to get to that space. And if you keep going down to meet them part of the way, they cannot get to a space of enough. Every person has to ask for something different. Every person has to, literally or not, be on their knees asking for peace, love...something else. And if you as beacons who have already established the grid keep dropping out, you are not supporting them...you are not doing service. You are taking away from the value, the intensity and the energy of the grid and you are creating a co-dependency with the person who has not bottomed out. So you are doing an injustice and a disservice to them. We cannot emphasize this enough. It's critical. It is at a critical point with the change of the solstice.

The energies are shifting for several reasons. One of the things that has been happening is the planet has been revolving faster. It is in alignment with something happening in the Universe. You are all familiar with Harmonic Concordance that happened, and the shifts of energy, and how things sped up. Yes, time is speeding up because the earth is revolving faster. That is why it seems like things are hitting you faster and faster and faster because it is winding up faster. That is why else it is so critical right now. We are going up to a higher degree and if you are not aligned with the planet you will be bumping into everything. That is why else it is crucial to stay in the energy."

(I'm getting the image of a ball swinging on a rope and if you don't stay in alignment with the stick you will get hit in the face with the ball as it swings around. Or when you spin in a circle, you have to keep focused or you will get really dizzy and get knocked out of balance).

"That is what is happening with time. And the purpose of the time is what the higher frequency is. The higher frequency is molecules moving at a faster level. You cannot see angels because they vibrate at a higher frequency. That's the faster movement. That's why the earth has been sped up. To create a faster alignment to get to that higher vibrational frequency that is really what is occurring. That is why everybody is feeling crunched. You are going to see a lot of people choosing to leave the planet right now. That is something that is happening. That is why the earthquake and the cyclone, the fires and the floods. It is a time people are getting the opportunity to leave or ask for something different. These areas are the areas of high-density negativity. Those are the areas being hit the most right now. It is also critical that you don't go into a sympathetic, compassionate state. We understand that you feel compassion is a loving space, but compassion is also from a fear/ego based energy. Love is Love. Compassion* is a degree of fear. Sympathy** is a degree of fear. You feel sorry for someone. That is fear. Do not go there. You are not supporting anyone being there. The best thing you can do right now is send Love. Karen has been listening well. Karen is sending angels to all these travesty type areas – the areas that have been hit. Angels are a loving frequency. They do not know fear. They have never been in the human form except for two of the Archangels, so they do not know or have the knowledge of fear. They are pure Love. If ever you want to send something, send angels...send Love.

If you surround someone with that frequency, they have a choice to lift into that frequency or refuse it. You are only offering a possibility. They get to choose whether or not they will use it. That is what you want to do, always, always, always. It's critical at this time to stay in that space. And as time speeds up and things start happening, it is going to come from a lot of directions. That is why it is crucial to have this support system. It is crucial right now, you all stay connected, you all stay in alignment, keep that grid strong, you stay in a loving space, you support each other to stay lifted there. That is urgent right now. Whatever you can do in each of your worlds, find sources, whether it is this group or others. Find places to have that alignment and stay connected. You doing that is going to help the rest of the planet, greatly. There are lots of pockets of you right now that are gathering and learning and growing right now and the more that you do that as they said in the book "Power Versus Force", every time you raise a person frequency above the level of 200, every time someone gets to a level of a higher consciousness, it is worth a 1000 people who are in a victim state. That is why it is critical. If we have a 1000 people vibrating at the 500 frequency, that is worth 5 million people on the planet. And those that refuse will have the opportunity to step out.

It is also critical to keep a loving space about that. Honor someone's choice...respect it. If it is a family member, if it is a loved one, honor where they are. Honor their choice. Do not tell them they are wrong. Always honor they are right. They are right for what they choose. Because in this space of what is happening next. If you tell someone they should not do something, they will fight you ten times harder. And right there, in creating that, you have just put them in a much greater space of negativity. That is why you want to honor whatever they choose. Constantly give them the freedom to choose. Anybody that you meet, anybody that you walk into, no matter where it is, allow them to choose. Because if you even begin to get in a right wrong conversation you have lowered your frequency and you have just caused them to go into a defensive posture which they will get stuck in longer. So that is the other piece of this. You want to keep...keep...keep coming from everything is right. And if not, ask what is right about this. Keep in that focus. That will serve you and everyone, especially your family members right now. All of you are going to be challenged by family members. But the real power is...the more they see you happy, the more they see you choosing loving thoughts, choosing peaceful thoughts...that will allow them to create something different for themselves. It is really critical right now. And most of you know exactly what we are talking about. Most of you have been going through this already. It is just a reminder of what is next and how to stay in the power of that information. That is what is important right now."

The wise ones took me to Machu Picchu to listen to a gathering of Tribal Shamans. Several Shamans came forth to speak by the campfire.

"We are gathered as one. We the people are coming together as one spirit to fly. (There is a condor flying around us.) We are one at this time on the planet. We are one to bring back the knowledge and wisdom the ancients have delivered to us. We are one to shift to a new consciousness, a new level. We are one to grow into a new community. Our purpose is to reside over the wisdom of the ancients. To lift the veil of human kind to a higher level, to a oneness, to a peace and a universal consciousness. You have been veiled for centuries now. It's time for human evolution to grow...it's time to expand consciousness...it's time to understand universal connections...it's time to meet your neighbors...it's time to grow beyond a second and third dimensional existence. If you stay in this space too much longer, you are at a point of going backwards instead of forwards. You are at a point that this planet has to shift or it will start evolving in reverse and go back to a first or second dimensional existence. You have all come too far to allow this to happen. This is what is next. It's crucial...and this is what is next.

Each group keeps evolving. Our brothers and sisters, the Incas, had gotten their consciousness levels to a place that they could leave. They went through the portal to another dimension. It is time for the next generations to leave and do the journey as well...the journey of humanity...the journey of evolution...the journey of ascension. It is time for all to grow to a new level of being. As always, there are some who will not. They will get another cycle of time to grow in humanity and evolve in a second and third dimension so they can have another opportunity to shift. At this time, the two worlds have to come apart to know the difference. It is time for us to step forward and allow others the process that they choose. It is time to choose...it is time to take the step...it is time to do what is next...it is time to evolve. The portals are opening. There are sources throughout the planet. They will be uncovered and discovered and let known to you all. There is a path yet to walk. There is much work yet to do. It is not the time yet at this time, but the opportunities are coming.

This is not a time of doom and gloom. This is a time of excitement, of joy, of ascension. This is a time of love and peace and flow for those who choose to allow it. For those who choose not to have that, it will be challenging. That's why the gift of Love will be challenging for them. Again, for those who choose this walk -- the flow, the peace, the love, the joy, the prosperity, the abundance will be vibrant. It'll be vital...it'll be alive...it'll be free...it'll be joyful. You will all flow and glow in the light of it all because you will be walking with the light. And the more that you walk in that space and choose those thoughts, the brighter you will glow. The brighter you will be for everyone around you. The brighter you will be for the entire planet. And don't think for a minute this isn't echoing into the Universe. For every action that occurs in the Universe, an equal and like reaction occurs on the other side of the Universe. So all that you are doing right now and all that you are choosing, the love that you are sending out is echoing throughout the Universe. The Light is being seen far and wide. You are aligning with others of the Light...you are aligning with others of Love...you are aligning with others of peace...you are aligning with Universal wisdom...you are aligning with ascension process...you are aligning with all that is. All energy remains alive. It simply changes form. This is a wondrous time of energy changing form...of creation...of divinity...of enlightenment. A time that souls can go to an angelic place...a place of purity...of light...of wisdom...of glow."

(Suddenly, I was transported to a world of crystals or icebergs. Everything is reflecting. Everywhere you look it is light reflecting at you, and the joy!!! There is a warmth...there is a freedom...there is a lightness...there is a lightness of being. Wow...we really are light sources aren't we? "Yes." I'm seeing just light energy...lights just flickering, and merging, and mingling, and reflecting, and bouncing, and up and down, and all around. I think this must be what the Aurora Borealis is like up in Alaska when the lights just flicker and wisp through the sky and bounce off the icebergs. It is just glorious! But more importantly -- the freedom I feel...the lightness...the joy!!! I almost feel like when I first experienced fairies...and the flitting...and the freedom...and the fun...and the play...and the joy...it's just wondrous!!! And the angels are right here. The angels are everywhere here.) Thank you!

"This is ascension process. That is the feeling that it will feel like to ascend to a new level of consciousness." There is consciousness here, isn't there? "Yes, all of this light energy here is a consciousness." (I still feel thoughts...I still feel emotions...I still feel progressive thinking to create newness...new awareness...new ideas...new philosophies...new ways of being.) Do we need to be in a physical body to experience creation? "Not necessarily Karen. You experienced creation when you were a star and burst into a black hole. That was creation. It's expanding your energy and consciousness to form a new mass...a new possibility...a new way of being." OK.

(I'm back at Machu Picchu. The council is still going on.) What else do we need to know from the Tribal Council?

"Light energy, light workers, light beings -- three different distinctions. Light energy comes from unconditional love. Light beings are what you just saw -- Beings that exist as light. They don't have human form. They don't take on a carbon structure. Light workers are who you are. Light workers connect to the light to work through a carbon structure...with a carbon structure...as a carbon structure. It is a different type of alignment. That's all. You can be just as joyous and just as free as the light beings without the carbon structure. It is possible to have it all. When you're in the physical plane, you have the joys of the physical world and you can have the joys of the spiritual world as well. Use all of that knowledge and that possibility and that creativity and that wisdom for what you have now. None of this has to wait until you ascend into a light essence. It's already there. You just have to keep tapping into it and the stronger you get with tapping into it the more powerful and the more free and the more joyous and the more flitting and the lighter you will be. That's the key right now. That's the power of what's next for your planet. That's what's to teach. You have the best of both worlds. It's a matter of choosing the joy of both possibilities now, at every moment, of every space in time, of every day, of every second, of every minute, of every hour. You get to choose how you utilize that information and how you feel about where you are. You get to choose.

It's not a matter of waiting to become light energy. That's been happening for too long. People have been waiting. Be the light energy in the carbon structure. As much as you will be the light energy as a light being. You're just a little more grounded in a carbon structure. You're just a little more gravitated. And you have a whole different playground to play in. Use it as a playground. Use it as a joyous opportunity because you all came into this lifetime for joy. All of these things that we are telling you are what are going to allow you to continue to ascend and shift the dimensional shifts that are happening. All of the things we are telling you are going to allow you to easily move with the change of frequency of the planet. As it is sped up you want to keep being joyous at every moment and enjoy where you are because that joy is going to have you flow. That joy is going to have it be a peaceful ride versus a challenging ride, with a lot of you being thrown into walls. That joy is what's going to have you looking forward as to where you're going versus the rocks that you're bumping into. That joy is what's going to allow you to be in the space of where you want to be in 2012."

Okay. Is there more for me to hear from Machu Picchu? "Yes." (There's a different shaman sitting down and there is someone else. They are drumming... Enchanting!!! It's echoing off the walls of the mountains! My word...it is resonating unbelievably!)

"That's how words of love resonate. Words of love... what you choose to say...the way you choose to say it resonates that powerfully off all walls. Every human being has walls of fear. When you resonate words of love off that fear, it resounds in this beautiful, beautiful frequency and becomes song...it becomes hope....it becomes joy...it becomes light for all of those walls that you're resonating off of. It is very important to choose your words carefully because they will resound. They will resound to the greatest depths of the hills and the mountains and the valleys. They will resound to the highest heights of the sky and the Universe. They will resound into and penetrate every crack and crevice in those walls. They will plant seeds that will help to break down the walls. That is the gift that you can all give right now to every single being around you. Every person you meet, every person you interact with, whether it's a phone call, whether it's a meeting, whether it's work whether it's a grocery store, whether it's purchasing something -- you have the opportunity right now to create vibrant resonating frequency that will break down and be a song: a song of light...a song of love...a song of truth...a song of integrity...a song of wisdom...to every single being that you interact with on the planet. That is the power that words have right now --words, music, what you compose, what you sing, what you say, what you write all have a frequency and is going to resonate and vibrate into the greatest depths and to the greatest heights for everyone on the planet and throughout the Universe. It's important to remember this is all echoing. It's echoing into other dimensions right now. That is part of what the speeding up process is also doing. It's revolving and revolving and as you turn something, it pushes an energy field higher to a greater degree all the way around it and that just keeps expanding and expanding and expanding."

Okay. Is there another shaman that we are to listen to? "Yes." This shaman is working with soil...what is he working with? Is it soil? "Yes." (He is taking soil and he is dropping it.) Is he building up a mound of soil? (He is dropping it bit by bit by bit...picking up more and more and dropping it bit by bit by bit. It's so fine. It's a grayish soil. Almost looks volcanic and just dropping it. And what's happening while he's doing this...it almost looks like a volcano is growing?).

"Every molecule of soil is an additional place of growth and consciousness. Every molecule of soil represents another layer of wisdom. Every drop of soil is an opportunity to grow. We don't reach a higher height by leaping. We reach a higher height by every drop of soil that we add to what we've already learned. You cannot shortchange this process. You cannot take away from it. You cannot falsely build it. You cannot try to leap around it or ignore it. Every single drop of soil becomes a new height, a new dimension, a new awareness. But it all builds on what was there first. You can't build a powerful mountain. You can't build a powerful home. You can't build a powerful business. You can't build a powerful life. You can't build a powerful soul or essence. You can't build a powerful anything without every piece of wisdom and every drop and everything that aligns and settles and falls into place along the next piece that was there previously. Take the time to build upon what you have and what you know and continue to grow on that as that wisdom just keeps building and building and building. That is your pyramid. That is your portal. That is your place to ascend from. That is your higher dimension -- every single piece of wisdom. Don't think that because it builds something little that it doesn't mean anything. It all means something -- all of that soil. Mountains don't grow out of nothing. They grow out of many, many molecules and much energy and much effort to have them be pushed up there or wind that blows and creates that mountain. That gives you your strength. That gives you your stability. That gives you your place to stand from. That gives you all that is. That is your structure. That is your backbone. That is your stance. That is your power. Honor it. Allow it. Choose it. And be grateful for every single drop of dirt. Namaste."

Is there someone else to hear from in Machu Picchu? "Yes." Okay. (There is someone else now. He has a book in his hand.) He is reading from the book isn't he? "Yes."

"For he so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son. Whosoever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life."

Is he a priest of some sort? "Yes."

"Sons... we are all sons. We are all children. As one being we do not need to separate ourselves from the Father and the Son. Passage is to say that we are the Son. We are the begotten. We are on this planet to grow, to have everlasting life. For thousands of years we have separated ourselves from this information. We have it that it isn't us. It was one particular being, but the truth is that we are all that being. We are all that essence. When we allow ourselves to be separated, we allow ourselves to be judged, judgment, the jury, the prosecutor, the person being prosecuted. We allow ourselves to be separated, to be condemned, to be in turmoil. We keep ourselves in jail. It's time to know that is not the truth. It's time to know that we are the Son. We are eternal life. We are the essence of everyone. We are connected. We are carbon structure. We break down into the same thing, whether it's light or whether its molecules of water and carbon dioxide. It's important to look at another and know that you are the same essence. It's important to look at another and know that they're not separated in a courtroom. They are not an enemy. They are not someone to fear. They are not someone to ignore. They are not someone to put down. They are not someone to belittle or judge. They are someone to love. We are all sons. We are all daughters of the same being. We are all, of the light source. We must all come together. We must all know that we are one in this world in all dimensions, no matter where we are and that is critical for us to step forward. We cannot step forward until we all align. If we are one with another brother that we have separated, how can you step forward when you are aligned and connected to that brother? But that brother that you are thinking is behind you... you want to leave that being behind. How can you step forward? It's as if that is a tether. It's as if that is an anchor. You cannot move the ship if you're anchored. You cannot fly the balloon if it's tethered. If we keep separating ourselves from our brother we cannot move. We cannot grow. We cannot expand, and most importantly we cannot ascend.

We are all one. I know that gets a little strange, but it's very important to know that, to feel that, to be that, to understand that. Understand that someone else is connected to you. How do you do that at a time right now when everything is critical and we need to stay at a higher ascension? How do you do that and be one when they're choosing to be negative but you're choosing to stay in love? How do you do that when you're an anchor, or, they are an anchor to you? You do that by sending love. You do that by loving...sending light, sending angels, sending love. That is the way to manage all the brothers that are one with us right now. We must understand that we are connected. No matter what we do, we are connected. You cannot sever that. The way around that is send love. Send love and that will allow the shifts to happen when they're needed to happen. That will keep all brothers linked from a higher consciousness. That is the gift that we must all give to all of our brothers right now, everyday, always. Amen."

(He's moving on.) Is there someone else? "Yes." (Wow! This is a very, very old soul. He is all hunched and they are supporting him to walk up the mountain to the spot by the fire. He has a walking stick that he is using.)

"Peace my brothers and sisters. Peace. Fly like the eagles, the condors. (There are condors flying all around.) Fly in majesty. Fly with strength, fly with knowing. These birds are majestic. They know. They know who they are. They know their skills. They know they have powerful vision. They know that they have powerful smell. They know how to distinguish enemy from friend, food from foil, love. They always distinguish love. Animals know love. They represent love and they're majestic in the way they handle it and they fly. They honor others. They stand tall. They respect all. They know how to fly through life. They know how to allow. And they know how to receive. They let go of what they need to let go of and they hold onto what they need to hold onto. They respect the process of life. When a cycle has ended, it's death and they honor it. When a cycle begins, it is life and they honor it. We can learn from our brothers in the sky. We can learn from their majesty, their wisdom, and most importantly their knowing. They trust in who they are. They trust in what they know and they trust that life will provide. Namaste, brothers in the sky."

(He's moving back down to where he was sitting. I didn't realize this. There are people all down the one side. It's a larger gathering then I even thought when I first arrived here.) Is there anyone else that we are to hear from in Machu Picchu? "No."
