One time, I actually got lost in the woods after dark. Yes,... I was, literally, lost in the dark! Talk about a test of fear!!! In an instant, I had to choose whether to panic or stay calm, whether to doubt or to trust, whether to become a victim or an adventurer. I chose to remain calm and become an adventurer trusting in God. Stepping into blackness, I knew nothing would harm me. What is Life Coaching?... Basically, a simple answer is: "If you want to play a better game of golf, hire a Golf Coach. If you want to play a better "game" of life, hire a Life Coach. What is the difference between Life Coaching and Spiritual Life Coaching?...My training as a life coach was based on achieving goals. Spiritual Life Coaching is Ontological - the study of "Being" - and is based on Intentions. It's about "Be, Do, Have" not "Have, Do, Be". Here is an example: The community has a softball team so a parent buys their child a glove and signs him/her up to become a softball player - "Have a glove , Do the sport, Become a player". Versus, the child who constantly wants to throw and catch a ball whenever possible and the parents realize they should sign him/her up to play. - "Be a player, Do the sport, Have a glove". In 2000 I was at the Miss USA pageant. I watched as 49 beautiful, talented women walked around stage with gorgeous dresses, doing all the right steps, hopeful to become Miss USA. One woman walked, talked and was already being Miss USA. In her mind, she had already stepped into the role. Guess who won? Look at the Olympics. How many times do you hear about the person with all the medals and training and experience who is at the Olmpics to get the Gold medal, but, instead, takes second place to the underdog who is there passionately loving every second of doing the sport that brings them joy? The Law of Attraction is about "being" the frequency of what it is you are desiring. "Be, Do, Have" is where the true power of your Spirit exists. It's is in your intentionality that you will "be" what you so greatly want to attract. And when you are aligned with the frequency of what you want, what you want will automatically arrive.

How do I "Be"?...By "being" 100% responsible and accountable for your thoughts, perspectives, choices, opportunities and solutions. By having integrity and keeping your word. By choosing love/spirit based thoughts instead of ego/fear based thoughts. By understanding your feelings and consciously choosing the thoughts that cause you to feel joy every millisecond, of every second, of every minute, of every hour, of every day, of every year. Spiritual Life Coaching will help you uncover the unconscious thoughts and emotions that are unconsciously attracting the things in life you do not want.
