My Personal Testimonial

In 1996, I was selling janitorial and maintenance supplies in NJ while doing professional theater and film. One of my clients called me to say he had found a product he thought I should know about that he wanted to introduce me to. I went to see him and he showed me the Alpine Air Purifiers. I was so intrigued; I drove to Brooklyn that next weekend to learn more; became a distributor and purchased two different machines to demonstrate to people.

I absolutely love my units. Ozone is what thunderstorms produce. It is an O3 molecule, which is highly unstable and breaks apart to become O2 and O1. The O2, of course is pure oxygen. The O1 is unstable and needs to connect to something else, so it attaches to odors, smoke, dirt, allergens, pollens, etc., and actually combusts and breaks them apart. That is why it smells so good and the air is so clean after a thunderstorm. The Alpine Air Purifiers are designed for the same purpose in your home. Did you ever look into the sunshine and see the dust flying around in your air? That is what the O1 will connect to, along with pollens, allergens, cat/dog air, dust mites, etc. The pollutants break apart and fall to the floor in pieces, which can then be vacuumed up or swept away.

Shortly, after buying the unit, I moved into a new apartment. Due to time constraints, we had to paint the night before. My Mother and sister both have trouble breathing around paint fumes, but neither one could smell that we had painted the night before. Because it was a two room apartment, I kept my cats litter box under the table that was between the kitchen and living room. Thanks to the air purifier, everyone who came to visit was surprise to see cats because they never smelled the litter box.

In 1999, I moved in with my boyfriend who was allergic to cats. In the year that we were together, he never had any allergic reactions even if he played with my cat. One night, we had company and after 3 hours of being there, my cat woke up and came out to say hello. The woman freaked because she is highly allergic to cats and could not believe she could be in our house for that long. My boyfriend laughed, pointed to the purifier, and said "I know, I'm the same way, that machine is amazing!" He was also allergic to smoke and all of his Mother and stepfather's family smoked. When we went to visit them we took the unit along and it eliminated all of the smoke smell even after a family gathering.

My sister bought new bedroom furniture in 2000 and could not sleep in her bedroom for 2 months due to the smell from the lacquer. I shipped her my unit and after only two days time of running the purifier, she was able to sleep in her bedroom again. When I purchase my condo in 2001, my parents helped me move in. By that time, my Mother completely trusted in the purifier to eliminate the odors and we were able to paint several hours before she would be going to sleep.

Ozone is 2500 times more effective at sanitizing then bleach. It is used in hospitals to sanitize instruments. Almost all bottled water is now ozonated. The reason people use to hang their wash outside is because the ozone sanitized and made them smell good. We open the windows in our homes to get fresh air. An air purifier does the same thing. I love turning it on in a room, opening the closet door and all my bureau drawers and letting it run for an hour to sanitize everything. Another wonderful application is to put it by the air conditioner/heater and allow the air intake to take the ozone through out the vent system. It will kill mold, mildew, dust, dust mite and any other unwanted odor in your ducts.

Today, the units are more highly technologically advanced. There are several different styles designed for multiple different needs. In today's world of chemical cleaners, synthetic carpets/fibers, car emissions, pesticides, molds, mildews, and air pollution, my home will always have an air purifier in it to empower me with clean fresh air.
